In re Pittsburgh Corning Corp., No. 00-22876-JKF (Bankr. W.D. Pa.) - Rather than relying on traditional national newspaper appearances for this notice program, which had to alert holders of certain claims of their rights and options under the proposed Plan of Reorganization, we published notices in leading publications among the target demographic of older men who had worked around the products years earlier.
