McManus v. Fleetwood Enterprises, No. SA-99-CA-464-FB (D. Ct. Tex.) - Provided in-depth analyses of direct mail statistics and qualitative observations on the effectiveness of various methods for designing and mailing successful notices in this class action involving motor home owners.
Meckstroth v. Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., No. 583-318 (24th Jud. D. Ct. La.) - Designed and implemented a notice program and notices that relied on an extensive address updating protocol in order to provide individual notice to over 11 million class members, which included current and original owners of certain Toyota and Lexus vehicles.

Ciabattari v. Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., No. C-05-04289-BZ (N.D. Cal.) - Designed and implemented a nationwide settlement notice program that reached consumers who purchased run-flat tires for their Toyota Sienna.
