Thompson v. Metropolitan Life Insurance, No. 00-CIV-5071 HB (S.D. N.Y.) - Designed and implemented the landmark insurance settlement that involved over 25 million policies and included a heavy focus on the elderly African-American population. The notice program included a broad array of targeted newspaper and magazine notices, TV notices, and radio notices targeting class members.
