In Fields v. Great Spring Waters, millions of adults throughout California purchased bottled water from a leading marketer, and which was the subject of a significant class action settlement. Hilsoft Notifications designed and implemented a notice plan to adequately notify class members of the terms of the proposed settlement and their rights under the terms of the proposed settlement. As a result, the Court approved notice plan included notices appearing in carefully selected daily newspapers that our analysis showed could contribute to effectively reaching class members in each of the 58 counties in the state of California.
