Hilsoft Notifications designed and implemented a class certification notice (no settlement) plan and notices in Nature Guard Cement Roofing Cases.  The notice plan carefully focused on key states where class members resided.  Along with detailed notices mailed to known Class members, a neutral press release and website, and other notice efforts, Hilsoft Notifications determined the leading national publications read by the Class in the local geographic areas and arranged notices to most efficiently reach them.  The published notices informed those people who owned a home or structure with Louisiana Pacific’s Nature Guard shingles about the litigation, their rights and options, and their right to exclude themselves from the Class.  By employing a photograph directly in the short form notice, Hilsoft Notifications' effort further ensured awareness among an audience that might not have been familiar with the brand name or manufacturer.
