Carter v. North Central Life Ins. Co., No. SU-2006-CV-3764-6 (Ga. Super. Ct.)/Desportes v. American General Assurance Co., No. SU-04-CV-3637 (Ga. Super. Ct.) - Designed and implemented notice programs to inform people who borrowed money and paid the loan off early that they may be affected by class action settlements.  The notice programs included consumer publications, national television, individual notice, an informational press release, radio public service announcements and a case website.  By combining the settlements into a single publication notice, television notice, and website, we were able to successfully reach the targeted class without wasting unnecessary funds.
