A wide range of implementation services are included in the cost of the Notice Program, including, but not limited to: negotiating the lowest rates possible with the various media, placing all activity as planned, tracking all activity to verify full adequacy of placements (e.g., date, positioning, television ratings), coordinating with the settlement administrator (Defendant or Third Party), and producing all forms of notice in final format for release to media production departments.  As part of our fiduciary responsibility, Hilsoft negotiates the most efficient media plan possible—achieving the maximum reach at the minimum cost.  Our extensive negotiated discounts are passed through to clients in full.
