Reach and average frequency of exposure are the guiding light for notice today and Hilsoft Notifications’ comprehensive notice plans bring these critical numbers to life.  We played a key role establishing “reach” and “frequency” calculations as the standard in the class action field.  Previously it was common practice to simply mail notice to any available list of names, and/or publish notice in a few newspapers that may or may not have been read by class members.  This left courts and professionals to question whether the class was truly notified.
